Celebrating Spectrum Foundation receiving their Accessibility Tick

It is always an honour to present an organisation with their Accessibility Tick, and this month Phil had the pleasure of celebrating this milestone with Spectrum Foundation

For us at the New Zealand Disability Employers' Network (NZDEN), it is always a proud moment to see one of our members reach this moment of celebration. It is such a pleasure to award the Accessibility Tick to an organisation like Spectrum Foundation.

Spectrum Foundation joined us back in 2023 and have worked closely with Sandra to implement a culture of growth and continuous improvement across their organisation. Their development has been fostered by their commitment to breaking down barriers and changing attitudes which reflects the mahi they have been doing.

The awarding of the Accessibility Tick reflects Spectrum Foundation's continuous passion and dedication to improving practices within their organisation, providing a working environment where all employees can thrive and belong. Spectrum Foundation's team have worked hard to highlight the importance of disability and neurodiversity inclusion. However, they also were the first to admit that they have more to do.

Whakamihi to Spectrum Foundation on this well earned recognition.
