NZDEN members invited to join the relaunch of PurpleSpace's ANZ Peer Leadership Roundtable

On behalf of PurpleSpace Managing Directors Brendan Roach and Sally Owen, NZDEN members with an Employee Resource Group (ERG) or Disabled Employee Network, or who are looking to establish one, are invited to an afternoon of connection, co-creation, and community building as PurpleSpace relaunches its ANZ Peer Leadership Roundtable for disability ERG and Network leaders.

This meeting will provide Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)/Disability Employee Networks the opportunity to:

  • Connect with disability ERG/Network leaders from across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Share what’s working, and what’s not, co-creating future strategies to grow the disability ERG/Network movement and develop the inner confidence of disabled employees in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Explore a disability ERG/Network’s role in supporting organisations to develop visible and effective workplace adjustment/accommodation processes.
  • Meet Seb Ducarme, PurpleSpace's new employee based in our region (Central Coast, NSW), now leading their global membership engagement.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Seb Ducarme on Seb@purplespace.org.
