Preparations for the conference

As the preparations for the 2024 Disability Inclusive Pathways Conference are well underway, our teams excitement about what we have instore for you is tangible. The event promises to be another landmark occasion, bringing together a diverse group of speakers who are leaders and advocates for disability and neurodiversity inclusion.

The conference will feature our first in-person international expert, Susan Scott-Parker OBE, who will share her extensive international experience on business and disability. Paula Tesoriero MNZM, the Chief Executive at Whaikaha, will engage in a fireside chat with Phil Turner, discussing disability inclusion and emerging trends from Whaikaha's perspective. Kanika Jhunjhnuwala, Executive Director- Sustainability & Environment at Sudima Hotels, will talk about their advances in disability inclusion and its impact on their organization, while Ruth Muller, Chief R&D Officer at Frucor Suntory, will offer insights as a neurodivergent leader. Other notable speakers include Jenny Lay-Flurrie, Chief Accessibility Officer at Microsoft, Caroline Casey, Co-founder of The Valuable 500, and Prudence Walker, Disability Rights Commissioner.

The conference will be masterfully orchestrated by our long-term friend, Julie Woods, who likes to be known as 'That Blind Woman' and is the creator of "Why Not!".
