The NZDEN is proud to bring you our fourth annual Disability Inclusive Pathways Conference. This event is not to be missed by anyone passionate about fostering a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture.

Join this inspiring gathering of minds committed to advancing disabled and neurodivergent career paths and outcomes, and contributing to fostering a truly disability-confident and inclusive Aotearoa.

This year’s programme also features the option of attending a pre-conference masterclass on Monday, 5th August, led by international thought-leader Susan Scott-Parker OBE Hon. The main conference sessions will follow on Tuesday, August 6th and Wednesday, August 7th, with a conference dinner on Tuesday night.

With a fantastic line-up of speakers already announced (and more to come), attendees will have the opportunity to participate in workshops and presentations led by esteemed national and international experts, practitioners, and people with lived experience.

This year's conference theme, "Orchestrating a disability inclusive workplace culture" is about coordinating the elements of workplace cultures to facilitate the inclusion of disability and neurodiversity. Together we will explore the purpose of disability and neurodiversity inclusion, the opportunities that disability inclusion provides, and the success that it brings to the organisation, the disabled community, and the individual.
