We're thrilled to announce the launch of two dynamic mentorship programmes as part of the New Zealand Disability Employers' Network's commitment to fostering career growth and development for disabled individuals. The programmes, "Rise to Success" and "Diverse Horizons," will be officially unveiled at our upcoming Disability Inclusive Pathways Conference in August.
The "Rise to Success" mentorship programme is designed for disabled individuals seeking employment, providing them with valuable guidance, support, and career advice from experienced mentors. Mentees will have the opportunity to receive one-on-one mentoring, gain insights into the job market, develop professional skills, and build meaningful connections with industry professionals.
On the other hand, our "Diverse Horizons" mentorship programme is aimed at supporting the career development and advancement of disabled employees in the workforce. Mentees in this programme will receive personalised guidance, mentoring, and career planning to help them excel in their current roles and progress in their careers.
Both mentorship programmes offer unique opportunities for disabled job seekers and employees to gain valuable knowledge, skills, and insights from experienced mentors who understand the challenges and opportunities in the disability-inclusive workplace. These programmes embody our commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and empowerment in the workforce, and we are excited to launch them at our Disability Inclusive Pathways Conference in August.
We invite all interested organisations to join us at the conference to learn more about these mentorship programmes and how they can benefit disabled job seekers and employees alike. Together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive work environment where disabled individuals can thrive and succeed.
Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity! Save the date for our Disability Inclusive Pathways Conference in August and stay tuned for more information about our new mentorship programmes. Join us in our commitment to unlocking the potential of disabled individuals and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace!
