We're thrilled to unveil the first wave of distinguished speakers, panellists, and convenors for the fourth 2024 Disability Inclusive Pathways Conference, set to be held in the vibrant city of Rotorua in early August this year.

We're excited to offer another exceptional opportunity to gain insights from prominent experts in disability inclusion in business. This event is not just about learning; it's about forging connections with organisations dedicated to advancing disabled and neurodivergent career paths, ultimately fostering a truly disability-confident and inclusive Aotearoa.

With the theme "Orchestrating a disability inclusive workplace culture," we aim to delve deep into the fabric of workplace cultures, coordinating elements to facilitate the inclusion of disability and neurodiversity. Together, we'll explore the purpose of disability and neurodiversity inclusion, the vast opportunities it presents, and the remarkable success it brings to organisations, the disabled community, and individuals.

The programme will start with a pre-conference masterclass on August 5th, followed by the main conference on August 6th and 7th. A conference dinner on the evening of 6th August will cap off the first day — a perfect opportunity for networking and camaraderie.

We're particularly honoured to welcome internationally recognised thought leader, Susan Scott-Parker OBE, to our conference this year, all the way from the UK. Susan will lead the pre-conference event as well as sharing her invaluable insights during the main conference.

But that's not all. Attendees will also have the privilege of hearing from an impressive line-up of speakers including:

Stay tuned as we reveal our finalised list of speakers, panellists, and convenors in the weeks to come.
