The 5th annual ‘Disability Inclusive Pathways’ Conference, is being held at the Pullman Hotels & Apartments, Auckland on 15th-16th July

This event is the premier event for businesses, organisations and leaders committed to harnessing the power of disability and neurodiversity inclusion to drive organisational success and social impact.

This year’s theme, ‘Fuelling Strengths. Delivering Impact’, explores how forward-thinking organisations are transforming disability inclusion from a compliance exercise into a strategic advantage that strengthens performance across all strategic dimensions.

Hosted by the New Zealand Disability Employers’ Network (NZDEN), this conference provides a unique opportunity to connect and build lasting professional relationships with business leaders, HR and DEI professionals, government and policy leaders, accessibility professionals, and industry pioneers, while exploring practical pathways for meaningful inclusion.

In addition, in partnership with Whaikaha | Ministry of Disabled People and We Enable Us | Mā mātau anō mātau e whakamana, we are proud to host the inaugural Disability in the Public Sector - Working Session on 17th July - a complimentary third day event for public service attendees.

This session will build on conference learnings, creating a space where lived experiences are shared and understood, making an impact for public service.
